Yes, Highline is a pet-friendly community in North Austin, TX, with an on-site pet park. A maximum of two pets is allowed per home, with a maximum combined weight of 100 lbs.
Restricted breeds include Pitbull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow-chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldog, and Karelian Bear. Restricted exotic animals include reptiles, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, birds, pigs, arachnids, piranhas, and other farm or poisonous animals.

What lease terms are available?
Lease terms start at 6 months, depending on availability. Published 2-bedroom pricing is based on a 13-month lease. All leases require a 60-day notice to vacate, and renter's insurance is required. Please contact the leasing office for current lease term options and pricing.
How many people can live in a 2 bedroom apartment?
Our occupancy policy allows up to two adults per bedroom, plus one child under the age of two. Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application, be approved, and be added to the lease.
Is parking available?
Yes. Highline offers free open parking, as well as rentable carports for $40 per month and garages from $100 to $152 per month, depending on size. Guests may park in any open, non-reserved space. Please contact the leasing office for current carport and garage availability. EV charging stations are not offered at this time.
What utilities and internet providers are available?
Electricity is provided by City of Austin Utilities. AT&T offers fiber internet, or residents may choose any cable or internet provider based on preference and coverage. Please contact the leasing office for details on other utility companies serving the community.
Are there any move-in discounts?
Highline offers $200 off move-in costs for employees of select local employers, including Amazon, Apple, Charles Schwab, Dell, Domain employees, Facebook, Flex, healthcare, Tesla, IBM, military, Indeed, National Instruments, Samsung, the State of Texas, and teachers. Current residents can also earn a $500 referral bonus for eligible referrals.
Is Highline a smoke-free community?
Yes. Highline follows a non-smoking policy.
How do I apply or schedule a tour?
To apply, visit our Floor Plans page, choose a 2-bedroom layout, select Check Availability, and choose Apply Now on an available home. To see Highline in person, book a tour or call us at (512) 503-4402. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
